Clay and Cotton

These Terms of Service outline the conditions for booking and attending classes, workshops, and sessions with Clay and Cotton.

By making a booking, you agree to the following:

Bookings and Payments

All bookings are made online and are confirmed once payment has been received in full. Spaces are limited to ensure a quality experience, so your place is secured only once payment is complete.

Attendance and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend your booked session, we ask that you contact your hub tutor directly or email bookings@clayandcotton.co.nz as soon as possible.

Where availability allows, we will do our best to:

• Reschedule you into a future class, or

• Provide a credit to be used toward another service or session

Rescheduling is subject to available spaces in future classes.

Refunds

Refunds are not standard due to the limited nature of class sizes and preparation involved. However, refunds may be considered under special circumstances at the discretion of Clay and Cotton.

Credits

Credits issued can be used toward future bookings and may have an expiry period, which will be advised at the time of issue.

Class Changes or Cancellations

Clay and Cotton reserves the right to reschedule or cancel classes if required due to unforeseen circumstances. In this situation, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer to another session

Studio Environment

Clay and Cotton is a shared creative space. We ask all participants to respect the studio, tutors, and fellow creatives. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a way that disrupts the experience of others.
