Voucher Use – Gift vouchers can be redeemed for all classes and workshops.

1. Validity Period – Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

2. Non-Refundable – Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. Partial Use & Balance – If the total purchase is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance can be used on future purchases within the validity period. No cash change will be given.

4. Booking Classes – To use a voucher for a class, bookings must be made in advance, subject to availability.
